I am now just into my third trimester, and I can't believe it!! It has gone by so fast especially with all the craziness lately. It is starting to sink in a little more now that we are in the states and I am seeing a real doctor that this baby is really coming, but it still seems like a dream or something. I am feeling great and really can't complain about anything, I'm just getting more awkward trying to carry Shane or have him sit on my lap. She has really been an active little thing and I have loved feeling her move and kick (most of the time anyway!) I am getting excited to meet her but pretty nervous about how Shane will feel and how I will juggle two kids and still give him the attention he needs. As of right now when I try to bring it up he says, "Don't want it baby." Oh dear. I know these are all normal feelings for moms to have and that Shane will adjust and will love his sister eventually, but for right now I am pretty content having her stay in there for a little bit!

I think the anticipation is sometimes worse than the reality. You will adjust faster than you think, and Shane will love having a playmate. It's amazing to see how positively Clare and Isaac respond to one another...even when Clare is sitting right on top of him. :)
Shane is such a good little boy! He will adjust and love to help you bring diapers and wipes, etc. My mom used to ask me, she only had one, me, "how do you have so much room for love for a new one?" Of course, you love each new baby the same.

I know what you mean about the pictures. I feel the same way, but living so far from family they want to see them. Brooklyn is saying the same things about a little brother. Usually if you ask her she just says "no brother". She does love babies though and calls all babies "baby Kade" so I am sure she will adjust. Not knowing exactly how they will react is sure hard though. :)
You are such a cute preggo lady! I bet Shane will like her once she's here.... Eventually, at least.
you look so great and I'm a little jealous that you are wearing such cute winter cloths. I miss wearing sweaters and long sleeves! the time has gone by fast I can't believe you are 25 weeks. Please give Shane a huge hug for me, I really missed my nursery boys last Sunday!
